New Film: the Impact of the ICC on Victims and Affected Communities in Northern Uganda
The Uganda Victims’ Foundation and REDRESS commissioned British Film maker Dishad Husain to create a short film highlighting how the work of the International Criminal Court has impacted on the lives of victims and affected communities in Northern Uganda.
